Wall paneling
Fluted and flush timber, with the doors, the air returns and the joints all hidden in the grain.
| Substrates | MDF core, hardwood veneer, pressed curved substrate |
|---|---|
| Finishes | Continuous grain, matte lacquer, fluted and flush |
| Detail | Concealed jib doors, integrated returns, shadow gaps |
| Lead time | 8 to 12 weeks from approved drawings |
Paneling is where millwork stops being furniture and starts being architecture. We press our own curved substrate rather than buying flexible ply, so a radius holds through the finish coats. Joints land on verticals the room already has. Air returns are machined into the profile so a grille sits in the shadow between two reeds, and door leaves are cut from the same run so the reeds line up across the opening.
Send us the drawings, or just the room.
We quote from architectural drawings, a set of dimensions, or a site visit. Tell us the rooms, the finish direction and the date the space needs to be complete, and we will come back with a scope and a schedule.
