Commercial work is judged on the programme as much as the finish. We hold the same tolerances as on a residence, but the specification shifts: contract-grade substrates, metal substructure where spans get long, and finishes chosen against a cleaning regime rather than a mood board. The advantage of owning the plants is that a slipped site date does not become a slipped delivery date.
