Oliver / Architects and interior designers

Built to your drawings, not around them.

What you can expect from us on a specified job: a full shop drawing set drawn in detail, direct contact with the people who build the work, and our own crews on install.

Shop drawings before production

Plans, elevations, sections, joinery details and a finish schedule, issued for your signature. Every detail is resolved on paper and signed off before a single board is cut.

Raw materials that respect the environment

Our timber and panel stock carries recognised environmental certification, and our panel products are selected against emission standards suitable for the rooms people actually live in. Specifying us is not a compromise you have to explain to a client.

Our own installers

We never subcontract installation. The crew setting the work is our crew, carrying the touch-up materials for the exact finish, so there is no handoff and nobody to blame but us.

Why specify us

Working with the maker, not a middleman.

You are dealing with the people who make the work. Oliver is not a franchise and not a dealer network, so the person you send a drawing to is the person whose factory cuts it. There is no margin stacked on top of a margin and no third party to interpret your intent.

We produce the full shop drawing set ourselves, in detail, and we install with our own crews. Nothing about the fabrication or the installation is subcontracted, which is why we can commit to a date and to a tolerance in the same sentence.

For an architect or an interior designer that means one relationship from the first sketch to the last touch-up, and a drawing set you can put straight into your submittal.

Questions we get

Before you specify.

What do you need to start a quote?

A dimensioned plan and elevations are ideal. A marked-up floor plan with room names and a finish direction is enough to get a budget number within a week.

Can you match an existing finish?

Usually. Send a physical sample, not a photograph. We spray a match and send it back for approval before anything goes into production.

Do you handle install, or do we coordinate a subcontractor?

Our own crew installs. We do not subcontract it, so the people setting the work are the people who made it.

Do you work outside South Florida?

Yes, on projects where the scope justifies travel. Ask.

Trade

Working with us directly.

We work with architects, interior designers and general contractors on a trade basis. Budget ranges before design development, firm pricing at construction documents, and a named contact for the life of the job.

If you are pricing us against another shop, ask both of us who does the finishing and who does the install. That is usually where the difference is.

Start a project

Send us the drawings, or just the room.

We quote from architectural drawings, a set of dimensions, or a site visit. Tell us the rooms, the finish direction and the date the space needs to be complete, and we will come back with a scope and a schedule.
