The architects drew the apartment as a single sweeping plan and asked us to make the joinery disappear into it. Every wall carries storage and none of it reads as storage: the runs are unbroken fronts with a shadow gap instead of handles.
The lighting is built into the joinery rather than the ceiling. A continuous cove runs above the console and around the dining room, which meant the panel set-out had to be resolved with the electrical first pass, not after it.
The dining table and the wall behind it were drawn together. The curve of the table is picked up by the curve of the lit recess, and the same radius returns on the bedroom cabinetry, so the apartment reads as one object.
Send us the drawings, or just the room.
We quote from architectural drawings, a set of dimensions, or a site visit. Tell us the rooms, the finish direction and the date the space needs to be complete, and we will come back with a scope and a schedule.
