The kitchen runs on a single stone, wrapped from the island top down both returns, with the cabinetry kept deliberately quiet so the slab does the work.
The tall units are glazed in brass-framed glass rather than solid, which is harder to build: the frame has to be dead straight over its full height or the reflection gives it away instantly.
The entry is timber-framed glazing against marble, and it sets the material palette for everything past it. The same timber returns in the bathroom as a full surround to the mirror wall.
